The AGM will be a short formal meeting at which the annual report and financial statement for the year ended 30th June 2018 will be tabled. The meeting will also consider nominations for the committee and review the joining and membership fees.

Venue: Walker Close Community Centre, 180 Millers Rd Altona North
All members and supporters are welcome to attend but only those who have paid the membership fee for 2018/19 can be nominated to the committee and/or vote on a resolution.
The Annual General Meeting will be immediately followed by an open committee meeting, which will be held between 11.00 am – 12.30 pm.
The committee meeting will be immediately followed by a one hour digital storytelling workshop, during which we intend to produce some short stories.
