Join us for a discussion on how the often difficult relationships between teenagers and their parents are compounded among migrants from diverse backgrounds, particularly from cultures where expectations of parents might conflict with pressure from peer groups, teachers and others, leaving the teenagers torn between different expectations.
Mr Clovis Mwamba, a refugee from the Democratic Republic of Congo, will lead the discussion and also talk about challenges he has encountered. The forum will provide insights and guidance for participants facing similar challenges, whether parents, youth, students and professionals working in this field.
