Community Tributaries invites you to a forum exploring the perception and experiences of parents from refugee background of issues faced by their children in the Victorian education system. Brenda Aguilar will report findings of her research among refugee families in regional Victoria. The presentation will be followed by discussion. We expect constructive ideas to emerge from this discussion of what can be done to improve the educational outcomes of children from refugee backgrounds.
