CT’s first Annual General Meeting will take place at:
Time: 10.30 am – 11.15 am
Date: Wednesday 15 November
Venue: Room 4, NAB, The Village, 700 Bourke St, Docklands
This will be a short formal meeting at which the annual report and financial statement for the year ended 30th June 2017 will be tabled. The meeting will also consider nominations for the committee and review the joining and membership fees.
All members and supporters are welcome to attend but you will need to have paid your current year’s (2017-2018) membership fee to be nominated to the committee or to vote on a resolution.
The Annual General Meeting will be immediately followed by our usual open committee meeting, which is also open to non-
